SINSA Masaya — Local services in Masaya

I went to this store looking for a particular kind of ceramic which to my surprise they actually had a display stand of what I was looking for. I ask the sales rep if they had this product in stock and he said let me check with the manager. After waiting a short 45 minutes he came back and said no but we can order it for you but it will take 3 months to get it in. I think I would have been better off hearing that they don't have it in stock. Anyway, the wife and I have been hitting different sinsas around Managua and keep seeing the same display stand with the brick that we wanted but we kept getting the same answers that it was not in stock but we could get it in three months. So we happened to stumbled across this sinsa in Managua that sorta specializes in tile,ceramic and plumbing materials and sure enough they had the same display stand as the others. I've actually given up at this point but the wife ask the sales rep if they happen to have this half brick in stock and sure enough after a short 90 minute wait she came back and said we have plenty in stock. Now that's to shocking since none of the other stores knows that this sinsa actually exist. This was on a Monday that we found the brick and we asked them if they could ship it down to the masaya store where we could pick it up from there and they said no problem so we paid for the brick and we thought it was all over with and we would have our brick on friday. Well the brick did show up on Friday as planned which isn't all that shocking but they kept telling me that is definitely coming out the next day. Then they told me it went to the wrong store so at this point it just became excuse after excuse. The manager told me today that he would personally bring it to my house today before 1pm and guess what...it's not here....

I drove 2 hours to get something from Sinsa because google said they were open until 5pm and when we show up they said they were closed at 2pm. Poor management, should of updated google according to store hours. I strongly suggest not shopping at the...

Without a doubt one of the best locations they have after the one near Galeria Santo Domingo. Please is clean and well organized, also got helped right off the bat which is a plus for me and time. Will be going back for sure soon for more home...
