Piano Lounge at Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa — Local services in Muscat Governorate

Zero service- just because am not white skinned no one served me in the right manner!!! And this is in all of their restaurants we went to, we walked from bab lounge ( closed) their seafood restaurant ( where we waited for almost 20 mins with no service), and then finally came to to the piano lounge where i was severed a below average drink which I apologized and asked if it could be changed and the bar manger was soooo RUDE!!!! - I don’t know why because I was overly nice and apologized myself. Also, i tried speaking to him and he just walked away.

5 star hospitality for sure! Please close down the lounge if you will keep people like him! - please call me for a full review 94088267 this...

Happy hour at 10pm!!! Great cocktails and service, well made and very much appreciated. The grapefruit cocktail is particularly good. The bar just needs a few more people in order to create a nice environment. Perhaps the hotels...
