I previously enjoyed taking my dog here because their groomers were very good at their job and were very animated to the dogs. They are very malambing. However, on my third visit, the previous groomers are gone replaced by a new one. Since he is new, I stated that he take it easy on my dog so he doesn't stress him. However, he kept pulling/tugging on the dog's lower chin fur which I called him out for because it looked too hard for my taste. Doggie got bathe, and getting blow dried. My baby doesn't like getting blow dried, the previous groomers know how to calm him down. They would take a pause or put a cover around his ears to calm him down. This new groomer didn't. He kept on going to the dog's agitation. I had to once again intervene and say, please stop because he is getting stressed, which the groomer countered, "he is not yet dry." I had to insist he stops getting blow dried. My dog got stress colitis after this visit. For the very first time. I'm not happy about it. I miss the old groomers and the presence of the owners at this dog salon. Not very keen with the new...

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the groomers at this salon. We regret not heeding the negative reviews and giving them the benefit of the doubt.

My partner and I primarily speak English but understand Tagalog. The groomer who handled our cat made derogatory remarks about us in Tagalog, criticizing our cat for being matted and too thin for grooming. Despite this, they proceeded with the service. The most upsetting moment was when the groomer joked about throwing our cat off the table to another staff member.

What made our visit extra special was the friendly and accommodating staff! 💕 The groomer did a fantastic job, and Sam at the reception was incredibly welcoming. 😊 Their warm approach made the whole experience a must-try and a great reason to come back! 🎉
