Jollibee — Restaurant in 1st District

As a son, I am extremely disappointed with how my parents were treated by the staff at this Jollibee branch. They were treated unfairly, and the experience was deeply upsetting. My parents went to this location around 11 in the evening, expecting to dine in since it’s advertised as a 24-hour branch. However, the staff told them they were closing and that only takeout was available, despite the dining area being open and other customers still seated.

My parents were tired and hungry, simply wanting to sit down for a quick meal, but they were denied even 20 minutes to eat. They had no choice but to eat outside. To make matters worse, after they left, two new customers were allowed to dine inside without any issues. Was it because of how my parents looked or something else?

This double standard and lack of courtesy is unacceptable. I am filing this complaint because I believe no customer deserves to be treated like this, especially at Jollibee, which is known for its...

Jollibee is one of my Favorite fast food chain and my comfort food and I really love it. This happened earlier March 13, 2024 (Wednesday) in Jollibee CAA Road Las Pinas where my Boyfriend bought a Jollibee chicken joy (one of my favorite food in their menu) , when I saw the chicken I feel very dissapointed literally it was so so so small. The branch manager said that it was a proper portioning of a Chicken. Really? As he saw the chicken in the warmer, it obviously so small though. Considering the price of this is food so pricey compare to the product you serve to your customer.

Jollibee. Please take note of our concern. I hope you improve the product especially chicken...

I had a great time eating here with my partner. Although the background music is kinda loud. I really appreciate the guard, he always greets customers with a smile.

The downside is that some of the tables aren't really that clean, and also they should have someone to help their customers bring their food or some other situations upstairs because sometimes the stairs are wet and accidents might happen.
