We made a substantial investment of half a million pesos as a deposit for a house and land package in Mansfield Residences in April 2023. The Hausland sales and marketing team assured us that this "early batching" payment would secure priority for the lot, leading to an expedited commencement of work and ultimately a turnover of the property within a 2-year timeframe.

However, over two years have passed, and not only has the construction been completely abandoned, but the half-built house has been left to deteriorate, with plants growing inside the structure—an unmistakable sign of neglect and disregard for the investment of their clients.

The lack of accountability and the failure to meet the promised timeline is an appalling reflection of Hausland Development Corporation’s incompetence and disrespect towards their customers. This is not just a case of delayed service; it is a clear demonstration of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for the trust and hard-earned money of buyers. Mansfield Residences used to feel like a private, well-managed community. Unfortunately, not anymore.

Garbage collection has become a challenge, with waste sitting out for weeks. Road repairs and maintenance seem completely neglected, and many parts of the subdivision feel worn-down and overlooked. What’s more concerning is the ease with which unauthorized individuals can enter the premises. Security doesn’t feel enforced at all.

Monthly dues are charged per square meter at premium rates, yet the services provided are subpar. It’s disappointing to pay more and get less in return. HOA officers are difficult to reach and unresponsive, making it hard for residents to raise issues or feel heard.
