Fiery Meats claims to serve high-quality unlimited steak, but let's be real—it's far from that. The improvement since their relocation is noticeable, but the steaks are still mediocre at best. While they're easier to chew now, they lack that genuine beefy taste and are seriously underseasoned. We had to practically beg the waiter to add more seasoning just to make them somewhat palatable. The meat choices are nothing to write home about, but what do you expect from a Php549 steak buffet? Spend an extra Php200 and you can have a far superior steak buffet at Amante's or Prime Steak House at SM Clark, where you'll actually get your money's worth. Fiery Meats is basically a cheap steak house, catering to budget-conscious diners. If you appreciate good steak, don't even bother – start at Amante's; it's the bare minimum for a decent steak.
Their chicken wings were passable, but the Hungarian Sausage was a complete rip-off. It tasted like cardboard and smelled like dog food – just awful.
The only thing Fiery Meats seems to have going for it is the ambiance. The place tries hard to look fancy and high-end, but the illusion quickly shatters once the food arrives.
Fiery Meats' lack of attention to detail is evident right from the start. When we sat down, they simply placed the plates, spoons, forks, and steak knives haphazardly in front of us without any effort to make it look decent or organized. It was as if they didn't care about presentation or providing a pleasant dining experience. This negligence only added to the overall disappointment with the restaurant.
While there's been some improvement, it's still a far cry from a truly enjoyable dining experience. Frankly, I've given them a chance, but that's the end of the road for me. I won't be going back, and I wouldn't wish this disappointment on my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and skip Fiery Meats – it's just not worth it. If you want a decent steakhouse, look elsewhere, because Fiery Meats simply...

Because there is no structure in place, the waiting period is interminable. Everything (such as side dishes, gravy, glasses, plates, and cutlery) should be ready to serve as soon as someone sits at the table. It's fine to have a buffer for the side dishes; from what we've seen, there are a lot of people dining in, so we don't think it would spoil the food. We went about 12:30 or before one and waited for at least an hour interval each serving.
Employees are dispersed across the place. There should be a strategy in place, and everyone should know who comes first. Who should be served next, and one who will monitor the crew and check on the table at least once in a while.
Definitely understaffed. Employees were exhausted yet pleasant. Some customers are already upset, which is understandable. Because the place was advertised, a large number of customers are expected to visit. It is a horrible customer experience and review if individuals receive poor treatment, especially in this hot weather.
They should have something like a trollee or whatever they can use when cleaning tables to gather everything at once instead of going back and forth. This may have saved time, which could have been used to be more productive.
Could be better if personnel were designated accordingly, one for cleaning, one for promptly setting up the table, and the rest to serving, but again, short-staffed, so even those in the kitchen were already serving other people and couldn't keep up with the demand.
Finally, your Facebook Messenger representative should have sounded more eager to assist and excited rather than robotic.
The experience could have been better, especially because the food is fairly decent and the employees are pleasant, but…. Some clients left...

The soup is notably salty which I raised a concern to our server and did NOTHING. The service lacks attentiveness toward customer's requests. Despite bringing our concerns to the on-duty manager, no action was taken, and we departed after settling the bill.
Additionally, the interior ambiance is excessively noisy, contributing to an overall disappointing dining experience. We advise against visiting this establishment based on our...
