Parang Beach Resort — Local services in Calapan

The beach is okay, although when the tide is low one has to walk very far before the water even gets waist deep.

The staff are somewhat helpful, too, when asked.

But the room we occupied was not cleaned well enough. There were hair on the supposedly new bed sheets. The airconditioning unit was not cooling the room enough despite being set on the coolest setting. The TV was old and couldn't generate clear images. The only good thing was having strong wifi signal.

The cost of our one night stay was not worth...

Well maintained resort and it has a decent beachfront, the staff are courteous and well trained. Rooms are okay for the price, the water pressure could be better. They have a decent area for events and the food is better than the area around it. I'm looking forward to the new rooms under...

We occupied the 3 bedrooms on the second floor, the kitchen was not properly cleaned, food service was okay. There was no water in all 3 bathrooms until they were able to fix it on our second day of stay....
