Jesa Beach Resort — Local services in Carles

I wrote a 2star review on Facebook after spending 2nights 3 days in her establishment from mon-wed morning this week. Tonight, I received personal aggressive text messages from the owner Sally. In total, 20 text messages. I advised her to stop bothering or I will be force to report her to the department of tourism. She continued to pursue my bad review and could not accept constructive criticisms. Instead, she dealt with the feedback with anger and pure unprofessionalism. I am entitled to my own opinion and has a freedom of speech. I should be be able to express what I think without being harass for doing so and should not be receiving personal messages after my stay.

This reflects badly in the tourism industry and showed lacks of training and discipline.

As a worldwide traveller this is my very first experience of harassment from an owner of an establishment that serves a wide range of nationalities.

We found extremely welcoming and accommodating people! They accept tent and you can put it either on the beach or under their small cabanas with curtains. The place is clean and pretty. There’s common area near the reception to eat or chill. They also assist for any activity you can do in the gigantes islands (the island hopping but also the land tour / cave if you want!). Wonderful, friendly, and welcoming...Jesa Beach resort on Gigantes North Island is a great place to relax by the seashore, with attentive staff and homey rooms. The local seafood (especially scallops, oysters, and fish) is spectacular and bountiful. Sally and Jess, the owners, make you feel at home on this island paradise, and help you access the activities nearby (caving, island hopping, visit to the 18th century lighthouse, etc).
