Resort is overrated. Rooms are expensive with no basic needs like soap, shampoo or tissue. For a family of 8 we were only provided with 2 towels. No TV no Wifi. You will be charged extra for electronics such as laptop, heater, rice cooker etc., when you paid for the room it should include the electricity so whatever you bring should be free of charge. No network both globe and smart. Owners is kind and courteous but Beverly, the one who is accepting the payment was never pleasing. No smile not even once. It seems she hates the job. We have one person excess and we asked if we can pay additional and have him stayed in the room since we are all family. They refused and wanted us to pay 1.5k for the kubo for one person. clearly they only want to make money and doesn't think of their guests comfort. Resort is too far from the highway yet beach is not inviting. you can only swim during high tide together with sea weeds. We avail the island hopping but they only toured us to one island! only one island and island hopping is only for 3 hours! expensive and budol. ahahaha.. not worth it. I do not recommend. Not...

The beach was beautiful with the white sand. You would see a lot of starfish. They're pretty harmless and good to handle on bare hands but just put them back to water after looking for them. The rooms for overnight were affordable for a group of family. You wouldn't really expect much from their interior designs of rooms but its quite good to stay for a few days. They also offer beach activities like volleyball, videoke and kayaking or island hopping? I guess? I just saw some of the guests driving off from pump boats going to the surrounding islands. Im not sure about that. The staffs were accomodating and really give good services but it's just that the price of drinks were off the mark of your budget so i recommend to buy your drinks before coming here because it's pretty expensive. They have a big parking space, in and outside of the beach. All in all it's a good destination for a group of people wanting to see a white sand beach at an affordable price. Plus you can walk on the long sand bar. There's a neighboring expensive beach resort and spa near el tzino where you can just walk. It's...

Went back to El Tzino after almost two years. The place is cozy, affordable and the staff are accommodating. The sanitation is good. You don't see a lot of washed off garbage. The common area for personal hygiene doesn't have fungal overgrowth. The owner when she is around checks and supervise services. The fee for asking them to cook fresh fish or grilling your marinade is minimal. The setback is the rough road but it's currently being improved. Load noise is only until 10pm but rowdy behaviour is prohibited. Nice place especially during high tide. It's a walking distance from Punta Bulata and a few minutes boat ride to Miracle and Danjugan islands. The owner, Mrs. Limsiaco is very amiable....

The resort is good. Their parking area is quite far because of the limited area/lot. Staffs are accommodating. There are some fish brokers who frequently brings fresh catch from the area (squids/big fish). You can ask the staffs to buy something outside the resort just in case they not available inside. Here you can order shake, coffee or juice. The rooms are okay with a good water supply and Aircon. We got a room with 2 beds (good for 2) and has 2 extra foam for the floor. Because of the nearby old cottages just beside the beach front, it damages the beauty of the area. Will I recommend it? Yes I would if you are looking for a regular and budget friendly resort.

The beach is open for public although you have to book ahead. They don't accept walk ins. They require brgy certification that one is not a PUM or PUI and a gov't ID. The resort can prepare food for you but have to inform them in advance. Food is limited so it is better to bring your own cooked food or food to cook. They offer silog meals in the morning. If there is enough catch, they can prepare sinigang or tinola for you for a price. If you are looking for a beach that is readily accessible when you open your room accommodation, this place is for you. Kayaks and raft are available for rent. The floating kubo is free of charge.
