The morning shift staff (a girl wearing an orange shirt with a hat and the on-duty officer upon entrance) were good and accommodated us nicely.

However, later in the afternoon, there was a rude man wearing a black polo shirt, a black and orange lanyard, or something, asking me to move because my car was parked in a certain room where a guest was about to check in. I told him to wait for us to finish our day tour, and there was no proper parking area. Besides, when I asked the lady earlier where I could park my pickup truck, she said I could park anywhere.

His gesture is so rude, and he acts like a superior, when in fact I think he is one of the staff. Even if he has a higher position, that is not how he should treat his guests. We paid for our day tour, but he ruined our mood.

The pool is very dirty, with lots of hair and white paint nga nangapakpak; the water is warm, which means it is not filtered very well; and the blue paint of the kiddie pool leaves stains on our feet; the chlorine is so strong that it triggered...

Just saw this resort on the map. Looked nice on the pictures and reviews and it is nice indeed. Conveniently located if you are staying near the airport. Clean. Spacious enough for lots of people. Went Thursday and had the pool literally for the 2 of us only. Only few kids using the separate kiddie pool. Lots of cottages and tables available for couples or small groups. Snack bar is very affordable. Restaurant was closed at the time of visit. Only thing missing is shade at the pool area. Many mango trees to sit down and relax but in the pool very hot if not cloudy. Only place to hide I sunder the 2 slides. Entrance fee 250. Cottage 650. Table 100. Chair 30. Addendum: the place became crowded around noon with people drinking and smoking. That's the time we...

restrooms that are spotless, convenient location. From the resort, we placed a Grab food order. near proximity to the highway and shopping centers. Both the kiddie pool and the adult pool are in a sizable pool area. Since there is no wifi in this area, it may be beneficial to spend time with your loved ones. Nice location for a brief retreat inside the city. If you want to go for a quick dip with your children, this is a good alternative. If you're only going to swim at the pool, you can rent tables and chairs. There are cottages and rooms available. As I write this review, it is still in soft opening. could be enhanced from the opening. Its outdoor shops are situated in the large parking lot just in front of...

The place was clean, wide and nice overall. The pool was great it has both adult and kiddie pool with slides and playground. Kids love the pool as it was big and pool depth was from shallow to deep farther from the cottages. The cottage we stayed in was decent enough with wide center table and seats. Ambiance was great open with fresh breeze coming. Parking was also great as there were alot of space to park from. Only problem is that Google map wasnt updated as the road was still restricted. We also did not see any direction signs where the resort was at.
