We visited L-A Beach Resort recently, hoping for a relaxing getaway, but sadly, it turned into a very disappointing experience. Here’s what we encountered:
• CR/Toilet Problems: • The door had no lock, which made using the restroom very uncomfortable and unsafe.
• You have to fetch water from outside just to flush or clean — no proper water system inside the CR. Very inconvenient, especially for families / seniors.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: • The resort was poorly maintained. • Trash was scattered around the area, making it feel dirty and neglected. • It’s obvious that regular cleaning and maintenance are not prioritized here.
• Beach Condition: • While the water looked inviting from afar, there were many jellyfish in the sea when we visited, making it unsafe to swim, especially for kids. • The management should at least inform guests about the jellyfish situation for safety.
• Environment and Crowd: • We understand it’s a public resort, but the neighboring cottage occupants were extremely rude and insulting, shouting and causing trouble. • Instead of relaxing, we were stressed and uncomfortable throughout our stay.
• Staff: • Kuya (the caretaker) was very kind and helpful — one of the few positives from our visit. • However, good staff alone cannot make up for the lack of facilities and poor conditions.
• Overall Experience: • Sadly, we will not return because of this disappointing experience. • The resort needs serious improvements in maintenance, sanitation, beach safety, and guest management if it wants to offer a good experience. • We hope the management will take feedback seriously and work on improving the place because it actually has a lot...
