The room amenities that were advertised and what we paid for was a room with AC, wifi access and CR. Unfortunately, the AC unit was not working, the internet was slow, and the CR was flooded and there were times that the faucets were not working. The place was very unkept including the shared bathrooms. The first night we complained about the AC. They sent someone who i assumed was the technician but what he did was only state the obvious that it was not working. They did not send any fans after our complaint. Out of politeness since it was late at night, we did not press the matter. The next morning, we ask what they could do or else we would pull out. One of the managing personnel promise that they would provide us a different room. He also provide a free cottage as compensation. However, they were not able to keep their promise of a new room so I negotiated for 2 additional fans (which did not help with the heat at all). We had to follow up its availability. We tried to look for a different resort the 2nd night but there weren't any available. I literally cried myself to sleep out of frustration. The 1 star I gave is because they were pet...
Read moreThe first thing they did when we arrived was to ask for the full payment for the room accommodation which was off putting to start (we weren't even settled in yet). The room was a "what you see is what you get" sort of situation but the deal breaker was the not functioning air conditioning unit. We paid for an AC room but actually you get a room with a broken AC then they just provide a stand fan that didn't really help because it was too hot (we weren't able to sleep for 2 days because it was soo hot). There was free breakfast but you have to pay for the coffee?? The communal bathroom/shower room (also the cottages, walkways, and entrance) are dirty with a lot of garbage showing that they are not maintaining the cleanliness at all. The bathroom is run down leaking water towards the bedroom with shower heads and the lavatory flush not working. The hospitality sucked and will not be going back. The beach was good though but I give the credits to mother nature,...

Water for overnight guests is not provided Also internal management issues are directly affecting guest stays. Overall the experience is great just bring your own food to cook and...
