Muddy bottom. Hard to hold in winds. Cebu yacht club water front apartments think they own the water Infront of units. Guards wave you on as you set anchor well clear of their float ball fence. (If that's a lagit permitted restriction area?) Or just taken claim to by putting floats there! Who knows. Must pay Cebu yacht club for access all along this strip and obviously inside marina area. Keep receipts to show guard....
