Vista De Lago Mountain Resort — Local services in Los Baños

The Greece/Santorini vision was clear but the place could use a bit of freshening up.

Pros:

Location wise: approx 2 hrs away from Manila - good for group travels and weekend getaways

View: Can see the Laguna de Bay clearly from the pool, roof deck and function room.

Sleeping areas: Big function room that can double as dorm type sleeping area, one room has a 3 level sleeping deck which I find cool and the other 2 rooms were normal (one has a bath tub - a big plus).

Amenities: Main lobby / dining area is spaceous and has a wall mounted TV connected to a karaoke system. Great for Pinoy parties. 4 ceiling fans were working overtime though because it was hot during our stay (humid with no breeze)

Good kitchen area.

Has a billiard table.

Has a pool (3ft to 6ft in depth). Water seems to be from natural spring - warm throughout the day.

Cons: Common restroom was a bit small with no hooks for hanging your clothes and towel.

Stairs everywhere (good for photos, not for knees).

Hot in the dining area.

Verdict: Overall, enjoyed my stay! I would recommend for big groups.

Very nice place! Complete package, has a billiards, videoke, comfort rooms, large bedrooms with nice comfort rooms on it, barbeque area, very nice pool very relaxing, theres a kid area and 5 feet, and a 6 ft area, but if you are planning to go this resort you must complete all of your things, ice, spoon, fork, plates and everything you need for a vacation because there's 1 mini store in there and its take time to get into the market, probably 10 to 15 mins. But if you going back to the resort you must check the condition of your car because its too high like you see in the baguio roads. Anyways you gonna enjoy this one make sure all things are packed up and ready for q 1 or 2...

Great place to unwind. Love the view and having the place surrounded by greenery.

The caretaker is very helpful and approachable which made staying in the place more comfortable.

Beddings are very clean.

Their grilling area is perfectly situated near the dining hall.

Just a few update request though, hope they can upgrade to a smart tv for a much better karaoke experience. Hope they can also have a much lower and...
