This mall is honestly terrible. My friends and I have had countless conversations about how much it sucks, and nothing ever changes. It has been here for years but it still feels like a ghost mall. Most of the upper floors are empty, stores keep shutting down, and whatever opens next usually goes bankrupt. The restaurants are the same repetitive fast food chains, nothing new or exciting. To make it worse, my last time eating at Chowking, flies kept landing on my food. That alone shows how poorly maintained and unsanitary this place really is. The supermarket is no better. The ATMs are almost always broken, and at least half of the carts are useless with broken wheels. It is incompetent and frustrating every single time. Parking is just as bad, if not worse. The staff only seem interested in squeezing money out of people. My mother and I parked our motorcycle in front of their convenience store in a parking lot because we just needed to grab Jollibee takeout for less than 30 minutes. When we came back, two men and a few tricycle drivers confronted us about a violation. We explained ourselves, but they fined us anyway. Meanwhile, those same tricycle drivers were parked there too, and the mall constantly lets other people come and go without issue as long as they are in good terms with the staff. It was obvious they had been watching us from the start, waiting to fine us instead of simply warning us. It felt like a setup, plain and simple, a cheap cash grab. Outside, carts are left wandering around, never put back properly, making the area unsafe. At night, kids just hang out in the parking lot, littering everywhere. No surprise it reeks, since the parking lot also doubles as the dumping area for the mall’s trash. To sum it up: • Empty dead mall with repetitive food options • Unsanitary dining (flies in the food) • Broken ATMs and carts in the supermarket • Greedy unfair parking practices • Poorly managed unsafe and filthy environment This place is badly run from top to bottom. There is no reason to come here unless you enjoy wasting your time, money, and patience.

DecaMall is a good place, it has restaurants, clothing shops, furnitures, and even a hardware for daily shoppers, what I like the most is the wide array of supermarket items for your daily needs, super accessible and has a passenger vehicles outside the mall that can take you to key locations.

DecaMall may not be as large or as grand as other shopping centers, but it offers a practical selection of stores that cater to daily necessities. Whether you’re looking for groceries, basic clothing, or household items, the mall provides a convenient shopping experience without the overwhelming crowds of bigger malls. Its compact size makes it easy to navigate, and it still has essential services like dining options and small retail shops. If you need a quick shopping trip without the hassle of a huge mall, DecaMall is a...
