Jollibee Deca Mall Vitas — Restaurant in Manila

I ordered 8 pieces of Chicken Joy bucket, but when I checked the food it only contains 6 pieces; and only LEG part was Spicy even though I asked to give Thigh and Wings. I know that sometimes we need to consider the availability of the products but please consider asking the customer first if they are okay with the available chicken part in your end.

Also my iced coffee with coffee jelly has only 3 JELLY. Imagine upgrading a normal Iced coffe for an additional of 22php and only getting 3 small pieces of jelly.

In the end, the restaurant delivered the missing 2 pieces of chicken, both origianal flavor where it should be one spicy and one original. This is the first time I encountered this kind of service in Jollibee.

We waited for 30 minutes. As a Person With Disability (PWD), it's unacceptable to be sidelined simply because my condition isn't visibly apparent. I had my partner wait in line for me because I was suffering from a headache due to hunger, and we were in the PRIORITY lane. Yet, we were told to move to the regular lane. The crew was extremely rude. They prioritized people who cut in front of us just because they were older, even though we had waited our turn. There was no consideration and it was extremely unfair.

Additionally, there was no security to manage the greedy children running around inside.

I visited this particular store yesterday, on April 16th. Aside from the fact that I waited almost 40 minutes in line because the staff was slow and chatting among themselves while many customers were waiting, I ordered chicken breast, rice, and six pieces of chicken and they were raw and bloody when I got home.
