Too Difficult to get here since the closure of Marfori Avenue. Shops are closing down due to this decision. Neighboring Villages should have Free Access to this road (currently asking for php3,000 sticker pass) so that their shops can get more customers. I believe its a no brainer to give neoghboring villages free access because they're the majority customer in the Area. People would rather go somewhere else ( SMBF, Shopwise, Waltermart) instead of traversing the narrow and super congested National Road of Sucat

Welcoming and enjoyable place to hang out with friends and family. Very broad outdoor spaces. Although limited shops are available, but you might find here most foods you love. Community is secured with roving guards. 👍👍

Very relaxing place. Lively place especially during weekends. Lots of trees and birds. Parking is not a problem.
