This Jollibee location is nice the Lakefront view are very refreshing, but the crew and their services are very slow and the interior ambiance is very bad it felt dirty and sad. The order takes 30 minutes or more. It felt like the crews are forced to work and they are not very attentive and helpful. They forgot to punch one of my order and I didn't received any sorry from them. I hope they will change the management here, they are not doing a very good job. I hope they will add more employee so that the service will be very quick and the place can be cleaned as well. This is the worst...
