Long Beach resort may not be too appealing at first. However, if you'd give it a try, it should somehow be able to quench your thirst on spending some time at the beach. Overall experience and rating as follows:
Water 6/10 (Water is not clear and is somewhat greenish in color. Don't get me wrong as this is not cause of the garbage but rather the fine dark sand mixing with the water
Sand 5/10 (Let's face it, if we talk about beach we always expect for it to have white, fine sand. This beach has fine grains of sand but is darkish brown in color.)
Cottages 5/10 (There's no place to check in or cottages with rooms. Cottages are small and is mostly used for storing your bags and other items, and of course a place to eat and settle down for a bit)
Cleanliness 6/10 (If you arrive in this beach before 9am, you'd see that the place is quite messy and full of garbage from other guest from yesterday. They clean it though but still not that clean where you'd be comfy to sit on the sand or play with it. Rest rooms and shower rooms are not good and most of it requires fixing. Overall, the resort needs better garbage management process. Fortunately, the sea itself is fine, ni floating garbages or plastics.
Fees: 8/10 (Fees here are quite affordable, no entrance fees are collected rather you'd pay for the following:
Cottages ranging from 300-500 Kayak boats 200-300 rent per hour (Optional) Water Bikes 500 rent per hour (Optional) Aqua Park 100 (Only available on Summer) Banana Boat 100-200 (Optional)
Overall Feedback: Place is highly recommended for beach goers with tight to limited budget. It's great to spend time with friends here for a few drinks and grills by the seaside cottages. Lastly, hinde ito pwede sa pihikan or maarte. Trust me, you wont like the place. If you have money to burn, I suggest to seek out other close by resorts. Lastly, pets of any kind are not allowed, surprisingly, there's a lot of stray dogs...
Read moreDon't expect too much with this resort. Sand is not white, salt water is not clear as well. (I don't have the guts to try the water and just judge it base on how I saw it)
It is crowded, what do you expect from a resort that doesn't ask for an entrance fee? So yes, anyone can come and visit. Anyone can come and leave. (don't leave your important stuff unattended)
Only fee they will charge you would be the cottage and the electronic devices that needs...
