I rarely write reviews, unless the experience is either exceptionally good or REALLY DISAPPOINTING.
I always make sure to bring cash for tips, but this time, I didnāt have any. During my visit, I was busy texting a client about an important meeting, so I WAS QUITE OCCUPIED. I went straight to the concierge and asked specifically for Janelle to do my pedi. No one mentioned that tips had to be given in cash.
After Janelle finished the service, I paid directly through GCash since I saw the blue sign with the GCash QR code, wala na akong pinansin pa na kung ano anong nakalagay sa counter nila cause again I am busy. I even included Janelleās tip in that payment. Then, the concierge (the one with short, colored hair and slightly older) came over. I told her I included the tip in my GCash payment and even showed the receipt. She replied, āWe donāt accept GCash for tips.ā
That was fine with me, I understand that sheās just following policy. So I said, āAh, sobra yung binayad ko, i send back nyo nalang siguroā and she said, āAy hindi pwede.ā Again, I could understand if thatās the policy. But what bothered me was her attitude.
I asked, āSo what happens to the excess I paid?ā and she said, āWala na yun, good as gone.ā I explained that I didnāt have cash, and she responded, āGanun talaga, may mga clients talaga na hindi nagbibigay ng tip.ā
At that point, my client was already calling me, so I didnāt have time to argue. I just left.
First of all bakit ang disrespectful?
Second, if thereās an excess payment, why canāt it be credited to my next visit? Diba? Kung wala kayong option to send back then offer a solution. What if I had overpaid by ā±500, would the answer still be...

Ang nangyare minadali nila yung technician because they schedule her for 1:30 pm appointment. So nagmadali ang technician. Genuine question, kakasya ba ang 1 hour for mani, pedi and foot spa? I donāt think so. I specifically requested for Janelle cause sheās really good. But then, they book her at 1:30 pm, syempre hindi ako pumayag na hindi tapusin ni Janelle yung ibang service na binook ko.
My complain is the attitude ng concierge. Pinahiya nya ako, she told me na next time wag daw akong late, sa harap ng ibang customers. Okay I get it. But, I booked a 12:30pm appointment and I booked 3 services for Janelle only butā¦ā¦ you booked her 1:30pm. Simple math, that means youāre giving the technician to do all 3 services for ONE HOUR. Do you think, thatās enough? Thatās the problem. Plus 10 minutes lang akong late at according sa confirmation chat nila na meron silang 10 minute...
