San Fabian PTA Beach Resort — Local services in Pangasinan

We stayed at PTA Resort and booked the "presidential suite", expecting a luxurious experience, but it was an absolute nightmare.

First of all, the place is unmaintained and reeks of urine. The sheets smelled like an old man, which was revolting. The carpet was filthy with tears that were not only unsightly but also a serious hazard, posing risks of injuries or even fractures.

The air conditioning unit was a complete joke. It barely worked, blowing warm air instead of cold, and it was visibly old and caked with dust, clearly neglected for ages. The fridge was no better, it is tiny and incapable of keeping beverages cold.

To make matters worse, the management was atrocious. The manager on duty allowed a group meeting right in front of our room, which disrupted our celebration. The group even had the audacity to silence our karaoke, completely ruining the mood for us and other guests.

We paid a premium amount for the presidential suite, but the experience was far from worth it. This resort failed on every level, from cleanliness to customer service.

To all tourists: if you're considering staying here for a celebration or just a good time, look elsewhere. This resort does not deserve your money or time.

Place is dirty and undermaintained for the longest time... There are cars at the beach where the kids are supposed to enjoy running and playing. There is also a car at the venue.

Recommended for gatherings and outing activity but really unaesthetic for enjoying the beach and sunset...
