I’ve had a very disappointing experience with SPX services. My parcel has been in transit for over three weeks from Manila to Palawan, and tracking has not updated for nearly 20 days. No one seems to know where it is.
According to the tracking, SPX parcels go through the same facilities and sorting hubs as international shipments. Yet when I order something from China, it usually arrives in just 2–4 days. Meanwhile, a domestic shipment within the Philippines is taking close to a month with no clear updates.
