Bluestarfish resort — Local services in Tangalan

Our family recently visited your resort for a bonding experience. Even though the location was quite far from our home, we made the effort to visit because we were excited to explore a new place together. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by the behavior of one of your staff members.

While we were eating, the staff approached us in an unpleasant and impatient manner. He seemed to be in a hurry to collect the payment, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. We were hoping for a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, but this interaction fell short of our expectations.

We hope that your management can look into this and provide additional training to staff on how to communicate politely and professionally with guests. A little patience and courtesy can go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Me and my family spent an enjoyable day at the resort. Pool is very inviting. We got a room near the pool, simple yet comfortable. Good Air-conditioning, clean cr and good water supply. We didn't tried their canteen or we don't know if they have one, so we got our dinner and breakfast outside the vicinity, glad we had our motorbike. Staffs are friendly too. Resort is clean and...

The place looks nice, until you see the pool. I didn't use the pool for fear of getting amoebiasis, the pool is dirty. The toilets all are dirty even the shower area.
