Been there just the other day. DEC 30 2021. Lots of new things since I last went. They converted one hut into a lounge area and another cottage into a bar. The bar is open up to 10 pm and up to 12 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays when a band is around. They also converted a cottage into a common shower area for visitors. See the pics for these areas. They have also added several ride on toys for kids and a trampoline. The restaurant is now more regularly open. Pls see the pic posted for the menu. Tremendous improvement on the cottages. All exteriors have been repainted as you'll see in the pics. Some of the wooden benches have been varnished. Lots more staff also compared to the last time I went. And lots more visitors and guests.

This review dated Feb. 2020 The place had been undergoing renovation. In the old days this was a beautiful place. The wood used to build the walkways and the verandas are now old and are rotting so be careful because you might be leaning on a weak support. The renovation was mostly concentrated on the golf course as the target market is foreign and the new owners are Korean. Currently the golf course looks green and beautiful. The rooms have been untouched and are old but still useful. Before you could just walk in and pay the entrance fee of 300. I frequented the place to fish and the last time I went was to try some shoots. Back then you can bring in your food and do your cooking there. It's first come first serve for the tables the chairs and pagoda. There are electrical outlets in the pagoda to plug in appliances. Pool was clean and water was always adequate. The beach has always been clean. The waves are rougher in the afternoon. The sand is black with a mix of stones. To the far right and far left you'll find the Rocky shore. It gets hot by high noon due to a lack of trees and shade in the shoreline. Nowadays you need to make a reservation to get in and in one of my trips the place was full in spite of the pandemic. That's good news for the owner. Again be careful on the plank walkways and what you lean on because the...

No WIFI- no signal, so not ideal for remote work. Sobrang boring kung mag stay ka kasi aside sa wala na ngang wifi wala pa signal No Bidet ang toilet The public toilet looks like arts and crafts. Hindi pinag aralan No social media/website. Phones are not responsive. - na scam daw sila sa fb. They should hire a dedicated social media manager/website manager to protect themselves and the guests Maliit ang parking- dun ka sa bundok mag park, tas very short hike down to the resort. Wag mo asahan yung staff to help you with carrying items. Hanggang sa front lang sila ng resort tutulong. If sa taas ka mag papark, hindi ka nila tutulungan. You can use the front parking as a driveway Obviously- not pwd friendly -no pets allowed -facilitieS are dilapidated. Umabot kami ng 10k and had a run down room, and tendency to incur accidents, plus paid rental fee for broken table and chairs plus corkage fee of 1k. Not worth it -i doubt there’s a clinic so health wise idk if safe -dangerous walkways. I suggest if the rotten plank cracks under your feet, butasin nyo na po for everyone’s safety. Mas mahirap makita ang cracks sa rotten plank than the hole. -call them 3 days ahead if you want a cottage reservation. Idk how to call them though since they’re unresponsive -first come first serve -beach is nice though :) may lifeguard sa pool area

All in all, this is a beautiful place around 20 years ago. Right now it isn’t meeting the standards. The management doesn’t seem to care aside to milk the place for money. This place has a lot of potential but that’s not the priority of the management. For the same price, mas maayos na lugar...

So we arrive in this resort early in the morning 4 girls adult one from Germany my befriend and a traveler 3 adult just from imus cavite with two kids so the entrance is 300 for 4 adults and 150 each for kids and 5,500 for the room over night. They give as an amazing location of our room just right by the beach and they have acoustic at night. At first where so happy very happy everyone got there own music we got small speaker doing the karaoke but making sure we don’t disturb anyone that enjoying and relaxing too. So there is more people arrive next to our room got huge speakers and make they music very loud like making sure all the resort can hear and we can’t talk anymore and hear each other because of their music we went have a relaxation and it felt like we went to the baranggay baylifieasta because of there music too loud. So we complain to two people that working on the resort that if they can talk the other room to make a little bit lower the music so we can hear the waves and so we can hear our own music and still can enjoy our vacation. But the front disks never do anything because they know the people that rent the room. So nobody can help us to make tye loud music make it more lower the louder and we don’t enjoy anymore so we decided to left sad and ruin day because of rudeness of other people. Hopefully next time they do some action because the place is nice and I love the vibe. Hopefully this rates can get the attention...
