Firstly, the sunsets here are amazing and worth viewing numerous times. Get there around 5pm.
I love the Boulevard of Dipolog ever since I first discovered it in 2015. I make it a priority to visit it every time I'm in Dipolog. It's more than a long walkway and street by the water, it's a community epicenter for the city. It's bustling with people exercising in the morning from walking and jogging to using the equipment in the rotary park and playing basketball. In the evening it essentially transforms into a community gathering place with street vendors lining the walkway, families relaxing and having dinner, friends and couples walking up and down enjoying the night cooled breeze. There is also a playground here as well as a performing stage where occasionally, you might chance a live band playing late in the afternoon to the wee hours of the night.

I suggest to visit during the golden hour, and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Up north of the Boulevard, there are some beach areas protected by DENR/BFAR and rendered off-limits to thw public because turtles use them for laying and hatching their eggs.
Paragliding hobbyists would sometimes take off here, too. It is a...
