We visited TSB yesterday with high expectations, given its bold claim as the “Best Barbecue in Town.” While the staff were very welcoming and the service was warm, we were unfortunately a bit disappointed with the food.
We ordered the paa, petcho, chorizo, and Hungarian sausage. While the meats were cooked well, the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark. It seemed like the items weren’t fully marinated, and even the signature sauce didn’t complement or soak into the meat as expected. The taste came off a bit bland, which was surprising for a place that prides itself on barbecue.
There’s definitely potential here—the hospitality is there, and the ambiance feels inviting. However, to truly live up to being the “best,” more attention needs to be given to flavor depth and marination. We hope the team can improve on this, as we’d love to give it another try...
