Unfortunately this is probably one to avoid. Set dressing was laughable, no sounds, atmosphere, lights, or anything to aid immersion. The only “theming” was giant posters of bad quality copyright images on the walls. This might be forgivable if the gameplay was fun but this wasn’t the case. All in all I counted less than 10 puzzles/challenges in total, most of which were either overly simple, or far too ambiguous, not to mention red herring time wasters and red “do not touch” stickers plastered on almost every single item. Granted, the price point was on the cheaper side, but even so, I’d rather pay extra for a more entertaining experience elsewhere. There are far better games/experiences in Lisbon...
Read moreI have done several escape rooms and this was by far the worst. The game master had no interest whatsoever, seemed terribly bored of being there, the clues were written in faded paint, and were not visible. We ended up calling the crew to the room at the end to show them how poorly the maintenance of the room was... they themselves couldn't find the clues so one can only imagine how badly the room was prepared. They completely disregarded the complaints saying it's the creator of the room's fault. Would not recommend (and it's literally the only escape room place I haven't...
Read moreWe played the Catacomb Jones room. The puzzles didn’t have any logic to them (for reference; we’ve played 50+ rooms). Both the puzzles and the room are worn off; which make solving the bad puzzles even harder. Asking for hints was very poor; we had to ask 6 times a hint for the same puzzle before solving it (and we still weren’t able to solve it, besides trying different combinations).. We also heard a team of another room through the wall the entire time, which is very annoying. Left with a bad feeling and were happy to get out of the room...
