We have an option to fill the form online for passport renewal and book the appointment with the timing. I went there on time and still i had to take tookan which was more than 40 people waiting behind. SO WHATS THE POINT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. After that it took another 2 hours to be in line just to make the payment. There were 4 counters and only on was functioning. People were barking like a dog but not even 1 staff came out and organize the line. Staffs, baki manxe haru, jaslai j garna man chha gari raheko chhan. Embassy Staffs are simply laughing and saying that this is what everybody is doing.
