It's been 3weeks since I bought coconut oil through Instagram, but up untill today still I don't know where the product has gone to. I have emailed you guys last week, but no one bother to reply. Very bad customer service. I just want to know the tracking number to track my order...that would be easy for me to find what courier company that they have my parcel... So I can call, or track them.. but nothing... I know you guys have sent it, but sometimes it's the shipping company that you guys using it, that makes the mistake, the least you could do is contacting them, and ask where the hell is my order...
