Al Othaim Mall — Local services in Al Naseem Municipality

We had a bad experience in herfy al othaim mall! Were a valued customer who always order their double herfy burger, cause its delicious! But what bad happened is the customer service!!! The staff is sooo greedy to share their condiments such as ketchup!unacceptable that they only give me 1 pc of ketchup for my burger and when i ask more, they refuse to give me! I feel upset on this!that even tissue the will only gice you 1pc....

Mcdonalds!!! Also the customer service is poor!they dont treat the customer with extra care.attitude is bad..when i bought a sundae, and go for the line and when i reach the counter,the cashier told me to go to the machine maunal kiosk and i refuse to do it because i told him that im already in front of him and waited for the line and when its my turn hes gonna throw me away to the manual kiosk??? Which i only wanted to buy an ice cream! Really!!! I felt disapointed about this restaurants!!!💔👎👎👎

I visited this mall yesterday and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The place was bustling with activity, with lots of people milling around enjoying the shops and amenities on offer. The overall atmosphere was just wonderful, with bright and cheerful decor and plenty of natural light streaming in.

The mall is very neat and clean, with staff constantly sweeping and tidying up. I was particularly impressed by the range of international brands on offer - there really is something for everyone here. I also stopped by the Empire Cinemas and was blown away by the quality of the screens and sound systems.

For those who love luxury brands, you won't be disappointed here - there are plenty of high-end stores to explore. Kids are well taken care of too, with a dedicated play zone that looked really fun.

Overall, I would highly recommend this mall for anyone looking for a fun day out - whether with family, friends, or just by yourself. It has everything you need to have a great time and I can't wait to come...

The worst experience I ever faced at safori Land at othaim Mall khurais just went with my family and asked for a safori card and credit details .After purchasing a card and credit my kids want to go one of the play area "MY TOWN" when I going to scan the card the security stop me and ask to purchase the special socks from cashier first I was surprised but anyhow my kids insisted to go inside I went to the cashier and ask for the socks he told me 10 sar but when the I scan the card they deduct 35 sar I asked why this much amount of money he told me this include some taxes I don't know which type of taxes they are deducting only all of us knows 15% vat from government .
