We had a very bad experience here! Me and my friends went to the lulu supermarket after work because we need to buy some stuffs instead of going to other supermarket we decided to go to lulu because most of their grocery items are cheaper than other supermarket and has alot of discounts... To make the story short, i go to the cashier number 10 around 11:30 pm, july 22 2025 to pay our stuffs then my friend go to the tea section while the cashier number 10 finished to punch our groceries he asked me to pay and i told him " CAN YOU WAIT 1 MINUTE BROTHER BECAUSE MY FRIEND WILL PAY FOR IT ". And he response to me in a very rude answer " WHY YOU DONT CANCEL YOUR GROCERY AND WAIT FOR YOUR FRIEND". I repeat again " JUST 1 MINUTE ". then my friend arrived to the counter and didn't even take 1 minute and she put the box of tea on the counter to pay then the cashier took the box and he punch on the machine and throw away on the other side with plastic bags. I got mad and asked the cashier why did he do that and one of my friend says "why did you throw that brother thats food". He answered that's not afood and we started the arguments.

FYI : THATCOUNTER NUMBER 10 ON JULY 22 2025, 11:30 PM WAS NOT CROWDED. WE ALREADY WRITE A LETTER IN THE SUGGESTION BOX. LULU HYPERMARKET SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED SUCH AN ATTITUDE OF THEIR EMPLOYEE... I DIDN'T SAY ALL EMPLOYEES IN LULU ARE RUDE LIKE HIM BECAUSE WE ALWAYS GO TO LULU HYPERMARKET IN THE OTHER BRANCHES BUT WE NEVER ENCOUNTER SUCH AN ATTITUDE LIKE ON THE COUNTER 10... MAYBE HE HAS GUTS YO SHOW AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT BECAUSE WE ARE AN EXPAT AND HE...
