Al Sa'ar Al Methali — Local services in Al Naseem Municipality

Two days ago, I have got this cleaver (right side)from the shop, I was opened and checked all boxes with same cleaver, so I just pick new one put it into the cart directly without second check. Unlucky the next day I have found this box with wrong cleaver, so I come back to the shop, greeting with one Indian man who is standing with cashier , he didn’t reply, then I said I need to replace this cleaver, because inside is another cleaver which different from the box, he replied:”we don’t have this cleaver”. I said this is from your shop, can you make double check? He said we don’t this type cleaver, I am sure. After I said : I will go inside and take one to show you. Then I bring the one from the shelves (left side) and saying to him, look, here it is. And he insists without invoice he can not replace, and start to blame on me. The key is from the beginning his attitude are so annoying and didn’t say any words that he is feeling sorry, If the management can see my comment, I think should take some training for the employees, teach them how to do the service, how to improve the customer experience, to be honestly, this is the worst shopping experience I have...

الإعلان المضلل:

تم شراء المنتج بناءً على دعاية نشرت عبر "سناب شات"، تصف المنتج بأنه "جيد، ممتاز، وبسعر مناسب".

عند الاستلام، تبيّن أن المنتج رديء الجودة وغير مطابق للتوقعات أو ما ورد في الإعلان.

جودة المنتجات:

الأجهزة الكهربائية المعروضة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب وتفتقر إلى معايير الجودة، مما يجعلها غير مناسبة للسعر المدفوع.

خدمة ما بعد البيع:

عند مراجعة المحل للاستبدال أو صيانة المنتج وفق الضمان المزعوم، تم إبلاغي بأن المنتج لا يشمله أي ضمان.

سياسة المحل تُشير بوضوح إلى أن "المنتج لا يستبدل ولا يُسترجع"، مما يظهر عدم التزامهم بأي معايير لخدمة العملاء.

غياب المصداقية:

عدم وجود ضمان أو دعم فني للمنتجات يعد أمرًا مرفوضًا، خاصة عند بيع الأجهزة الكهربائية التي تتطلب الثقة والموثوقية.
