I purchased Eid goat and paid complete amount on 20th July on Eid day I came to collect the meat, the cards which were given to me for collecting the meat was inaccessible due to Carrefour staff mistake now they asked me to pay more 100 riyals to issue the meat when I refused to pay they simply said meat will not issued. I have a simple question when I paid whole amount then y I should pay extra amount, after 15 minutes of argument at last I paid 100 riyals to collect my meat.☹️🤔. One more bad experience, no social distancing was maintained and very poorly organized system, every customer was confused where to collect token, no signs boards no information. Today 6 Oct 2020 still I didn't get my money back I am really upset. They gave me 100 Riyals promotion card, from this I can purchase 100 Riyals worth of anything item or items but this card also was blocked because it was only for 1 day promotion whereas it is mentioned that card is valid for 1 year from issuing date. Read moreKindly I’d like to inform you that your service is getting worse everyday. I’m your client since many years, but what is happening these days is not acceptable at all. I’m always complaining by phone call and the customer service team is saying we will raise your issue but nothing happening as if they are only making me calm down without any solution for my problems.
What happened today is not acceptable I have ordered my order at 6:30 showing that my order will come after 2 hours ( around 8:30) the order was packed around 9pm and delivered around 10:30pm, and the driver came to my location 10:50pm. Then the tram canceled the order since I’m late 10 min to reply to my phone as I was sleeping that time and the driver talked to me in an impolite way.
Kindly I want to raise this issue to the higher management since what happened today is for the third time happening with me in this month.
