We recently bought a stove, a TV and a blender from this location. I would say, other than the convenience of the location nothing would encourage me to go there again. Here are the areas that could be improved: Pushy salespeople: no need to have an army of salespeople that constantly asking if we needed help. We know how to ask for help! So just relax and let us do the shopping first. Extra warranty/Joud subscription: again sales team pushes these two items so bad to the point we felt we shouldn’t proceed with the sale. If we say no thanks, that’s not going to change. We should NOT need to have extended warranty if what you’re selling is a good product. We could see how disappointed the team was when we insisted that we don’t need these extras! Over priced TV: salesman did his best to compare technologies but we are now finding out that this TV is nothing special and in fact there are many other cheaper options out in the market. When the stove was delivered, we could not hook it up to the gas extension at home. Next time you need to buy a gas stove, it’s best to ask them about installation service and if they have a kit they can provide to help with it. We had to hire an external technician to help get it installed. Delivery: while they are free to charge, we would suggest maybe setting a threshold above which the delivery should be included in the price.

The extra representative was trying me not to buy it by saying we will only provide only 24 hours battery warranty. Then i have to buy windows separately but when i check it was with activated windows so he was giving wrong statement and then push me to buy extra services. I asked him who is providing warranty he said huawei the how the battery warranty can be 24 hours only. When i asked him i want it the he came back that there is no charger with it and it is lost and i have to pay 400 SAR for it. I talk to there Operations manager and asked him if the charger is not available then why they did not mention it. The they started giving excuses. Read moreI just want to share my experienced when i buying cellphone...i thought i made discounted because it was sale and costed 999sr but opportunately one of saleman at cashier area made SCAM with us which cost us additional 109sr. He said that the 109sr was for open line and anti virus.i asked him it possible to buy a samsung cellphone that was open line already he said we need to open line at all to used my simcard in the philippines. But this was all lied because the 109sr that we charged was not for open line my cellphone it was for only anti virus and promotional option only which not refundable anymore.fyi the name of salesman was naif..be guided and hope the management of extra will checked and fix the scam happening to some of ur staff who wants extra incentives...
