Food was great, but service was horrible. Even though I called earlier for reservations, the worker did not bother to let me know that afternoon, they have set menu only. crew was not welcoming when we first came and it was only us in the restaurant The chef started cooking our main course after we have finished Appetizers and sat for a quit good time waiting, he cooks meals one by one. My husband and I had the same order yet, his meal was cooked after mine so each one had their food in a different time. The other staff did not even say hello he just started asking who ordered diet cola so that he serves it. finally my food is served without chopsticks or fork, and waitress already took my previous chopsticks and I looked around and I couldn’t find anyone near, I had to call for someone until they heard and came and gave me...

Located inside hilton hotel, you would expect a bit more from this restaurant, but is definitely not like this. Some of the staf is ok. Probably the only positive part from all this experience. After we been sitted they insisted quite a lot to give them the rooms numbers even we told them that we will pay at the end, they said that we might get a discount and after we gave them the numbers they returned and said that we don't get a discount.... Foodwise, it looks nice, but that's it all, the flavours are poorly, too salty, must of the dishes are average or less. I visited this Asian restaurant, and it was exceptional in every way! 🍜✨ Their ramen was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, and one of the best I’ve ever had. The drinks were refreshing, the crab salad and wagyu were top-notch, and everything was just perfect.

But what truly made the night special was Suresh—his warm welcome and generosity made us feel like honored guests! ❤️ His kindness and hospitality were beyond amazing, and it really elevated the whole experience.
