Overall pathetic and very poor experience due to highly unqualified and inexperience staff. I had to buy an AC and since aftr Maghrib i was there. 1st the lady at the section didn't have complete information about the overall price and included accessories. She guided me totally wrong and told me extra charges for Pipe (105sar) so i was about to skip buying that AC but due to limited options i planned to still buy it. Latter when i asked her to book it for me she realized its last item so she refused and said she cannot sale display item although i already knew that on another Extra branch they sold same AC display piece. I tried to explain this to her bt she said sorry. Then i managed to talk with manager downstairs (Egyptian good guy) and he agreed that i can take it. Latter wen i was abt to pay at the cashier 02 totally new might be uni or collage passed out guys were waiting for me and they had no idea wat to do (damn!!) And they told me i will get only 3meter pipe with AC. Latter an Eptian customer came and as inherited in there genes (sorry Egyption fellows) started shouting and created chaos so those 2 cashiers left me and started entertaining that Egyption customer who came aftr me (ya Salaaam, ya Ummi) after Esha prayer i went to another Saudi gentleman at the cashier (Abdul Aziz) and he was very generous and started talking with the workers that i am at the store since Maghrib and they are guiding me totally wrong. He took me with him and told me to pay aftr apologising me bt he also discovered it is display piece (alas); but he realized i had been screwed alot there so decided to help me and personally went to manager asked him for favor and at the end they agreed to let me buy it also they told me i will get free 4meter pipe with it so from beginning i was guided wrong even abt final price of AC. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your maintenance department. The level of service I received was far below my expectations, and I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention.
I handed over my Philips vacuum cleaner for repair, knowing that I had only used it twice. I was informed that the device required repairs and that I would be provided with a temporary replacement device until mine was ready. This replacement service, of course, was a paid service as part of the Extra warranty.
However, when I received the temporary replacement device, I was shocked to find that it was in an unacceptable condition. The device was extremely dirty, filled with dust and debris, and appeared to have been used by the previous customer without proper cleaning. I will be attaching pictures to give you a clearer understanding of the situation.
I am left questioning whether it is the responsibility of the customer to clean your replacement devices, or if this situation reflects a lack of respect and professionalism on your part. As a paying customer, I expect to receive clean and functional equipment, not a dirty, used device.
I am contacting Extra Management to request an explanation for this issue and to ensure that the responsible party is held accountable. I feel disrespected by the condition in which I received the replacement device, and I believe this matter warrants immediate attention.

Read moreIf there is less than 1 star i will rate the samsung service centre very negative. I went there to fix the charging port of my phone. They said the phone is still covered by the warranty because it is within 2 years. But because of small dent they void the warranty and i accepted that. Someone called me from maintenance charging me of 1800 to change the LCD i told them my LCD is functioning very well i want only to fix the charging port. As per them because of the dent they need also to change the LCD. Which is very small like scratch only. I told them again i do not want to change the LCD and my only concern was the charging port because thru wireless my phone is charging but with my charger it will not. The instruction of the maintenance thru phone is i will go again in extra samsung center to void the warranty and to tell them to fix only the charging port. I went again to extra and told them what the maintenence told me. They are still insisting that i they will not accept to fix the charging port unless i will change my LCD, I ask them why I will change the LCD. The guy in the counter answered because the charging port is connected to the LCD?? Is that right? I think the charging port is connected to the battery. And my LCD does not have any issue. They just want to charge me with 1800. Worst experience. I have been loyal samsung user ever since. But from today no more this note 20 will be my last purchase from samsung.
