The service from the Filipino cashier named Van was very poor, and I don't know her actual name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. However, she was wearing a purple shirt. She accused me of ordering something I didn't ask for and added an extra charge of 7 Riyals to my bill. I know that adding 7 Riyals is a loophole for her to steal from customers. When I asked her to refund the 7 Riyals in cash, she refused and suggested that I take a drink or a salad instead. But I declined, and she was very upset because of my refusal. Her communication style was extremely rude.
I don't know who hired her for a job in a restaurant because she lacks professionalism and doesn't have any experience in dealing with customers. Recently, I found out that the place doesn't have a proper leader. It was a very terrible experience, and I don't recommend this branch due to their poor treatment. Moreover, the fact that she had altercations with two other people after me indicates that she might have some personal issues.
