I am a bit skeptical when it comes for coloring hair /dye..I had a very bad experiences from previous hair saloon and it kept me away from it for ages.Today, I took a huge step since my hair badly needs a new look. I saw VIOLA Beauty Salon and Spa’s IG by coincidence and read all the reviews as well as browsing their photo collections (I did it hundreds time to convince myself). So I stepped in and alhamdulilah I received a warm welcome by very friendly receptionist with the rest of the staff..Mashalla tabarakallah.Any customers should be happy to see their sweet smiles. Then Ms Nur was assigned to handle my hair. Subhanallah !!! She is blessed because she has a pair of magic touch! Let her decide and you’ll be happily ever after with the result!!Price wise, it’s reasonable except the VAT made the number looks unreasonable 😂BTW this will be my top salon on my list and looking forward for the next visit for another /different treatments. This place is nice AT FIRST but the one thing that completely ruined my experience was the customer service. I got a normal nails extension done in the afternoon 1 day before my wedding because I had me mehendi night the night before. The nails popped off after 1 hand wash. Clearly the glue was of poor quality. I contacted the salon to ask for some compensation as I had no time to go back to the salon and fix it as it was my wedding the NEXT DAY.

They were extremely rude and told me nothing of the sort has happened before and if I cant come to fix it then they cannot compensate me for their bad nail job. Nails like these are supposed to last AT LEAST 4 TO 5 DAYS straight. 3 of them popped off on the same day just 4 hours after I had got them done. Ridiculous!! They were so rude and told me its not their problem and they cannot compensate me for the same service or any other service. how can they expect me to go to their salon which is 30 mins away from me ON MY WEDDING DAY. I came the day before BECAUSE of that reason. Literally never going to this salon again. Horrible horrible people. Update: they contacted me only AFTER I left this review 2 weeks after my wedding. Location is good, Reception are okay They do not always pick up the land line.

I did Mani and Padi which is a basic service that I expected to face no issues with, but unfortunately it was disappointing.

The waiting is long and the process is slow even if there’s only two ppl in the room, and there’s no punctuality or respect as to who arrived first etc, they just start the service with whomever they prefer or has complained first. The hygiene was not great either, the tools are not properly sterilized she just sprayed disinfectant. They did not soak the hands in warm water, neither used nourishing oils for the nails after cleaning or moisturizer, the scrub used was of poor quality. The manicure was messy and I had to correct her multiple times, they did not use the tool for drying the nails. The cuticle were not properly cleaned and I ended up having sore nails and bleeding because she did not cut the cuticle properly.

The billing is messy as well, price keeps changing even after you paid and explained your services. The ticket they issue dose not include the price and they do not provide you with a proper invoice.

Unless they do proper training for their staff and fix their admin issues I am not sure how they will stay...
