My wife and I, two simple souls craving iced lattes with one pump of vanilla, pulled into their drive-thru thinking our simple, straightforward order would be quick and easy. Or so we thought.

The wait dragged on endlessly—I half expected to grow a wizard’s beard by the time our drinks arrived. The employee did apologize for the delay as he handed out our order, but it didn’t soften the blow.

My first sip triggered an existential crisis. It was iced, yes, but so was despair. No milk, no vanilla, no real coffee flavor—just bitter regret. The taste made me question every life choice that led to this moment.

My wife’s drink wasn’t any better. They overloaded it with vanilla, turning it into a harsh, artificial mess. Not sweet or rich, just overpowering and unpleasant.

Dr. CAFÉ COFFEE, you had one job: make a simple iced latte. Instead, you delivered mediocrity so profound it makes instant coffee seem gourmet. Save your money, time, and taste buds—go literally...

We always go to this place because it has a very good atmosphere.. However today i have a very unpleasant experience because after we ordered our drinks as usual and sat outside… We brought out the fries that we bought from another store and one staff named Asif approached us and said That it is not allowed to eat the fries that we bought from another store.. in front of some customers felt super embarrassed.. and we just said OK … Asif made me feel bad and also he is very rude … He keeps on looking at us like we did something bad … Very uncomfortable.. The company is doing well with the rebranding but it will always be the people...

It is Really Great Experience, the store theme and ambiance is Very Calm, they also have veranda from outside if you like to feel the outside Atmosphere Vibe, they are offering also a Drive Thru which you can have on the road vibe coffee. Lots of Coffee to offer from regular, frappe, and some Cold Drinks they even have a free drinks from inside Lounge and some free bird Seed Bag, in front there are 3 Chairs like Bar if you want to see how your coffee to prepare, Private Mix coffee is offered aswell, food also are available to offer from Club sandwhiches, Donnuts, Cookies and some Sweets. Staff are also accomodating, So...
