Not even a star, those people don’t live in the 3rd world country, but still in dark ages, ignorance and carelessness, those pathetic employees talk to citizens as if they do a favor for them, as if they work for free, they don’t even provide proper answers, they make people lives much harder, once you enter the gate, police stops you and ask you to wear the traditional dress from the top to toe, then when you do so, they ask you to leave your phone in your car!!! Why!!! Absolutely there’s no reason! And at the end after struggling to reach an employee they ask you to do everything online! Even when you explain it’s not possible to be done online, they don’t care and don’t provide any kind of help, this is the main reason why people give up and bribe ppl who have contacts underground . FYI there is no car parking , maybe 10 parking lots on...

كانت زيارة جميلة و رائعة ، كان لدي شكوى أريد تقديمها لسمو الأمير و الأمارة ، طريقة تقديم الشكوى هي نفسها طريقة تقديم المعاملات و المعاريض للأمارة ، تدخل من الباب الجانبي على شارع عرفات و راح يقابلك تفتيش تسيب جوالك عندهم ( الجوالات ماتدخل جوا الامارة ) و تدخل على اول باب يقابلك بعد خروجك من غرفة التفتيش ، راح تحصل مكتبين و عندهم سلم شكوتك ولا معروضك ايا كان ، تاكد من امور مهمة : يكون معك هويتك الأصل و يكون معاك صورة للهوية تقدمها مع اوراقك و تكون لابس شماغك ، تعامل الموظفين...

مكتب حكومي لأمير منطقة مكة المكرمة وسمو نائبه بمدينة جده ويستقبل فيه سموهما المراجعين بشكل يومي من خلال ادارة الاستقبال وعلاقات الجمهور بوقت مبكر لمن يرغب لقائهم أو تسليم مالديه لتلك الأداره فيما تبقى من وقت الدوام ويحصل على تذكرة مراجعه برقم معاملته وتاريخها وللجهه المحاله لها داخل الجهاز أو خارجه كما يصله رساله نصيه بذلك المعنى كما يوجد قسم نسائي لترتيب تلك المسأله للسيدات وينطبق عليهم ذات الأمر لمن يرغب منهن مقابلة...
