Doesn’t matter if it’s the best coffee in the world. If customer service is bad, the place is out of my options list.

We were asked to leave because the place was overcrowded and we weren’t on the “list” of booking, although we ordered coffee and food (dine in, not take out), and no one informed us that there is a list to wait. The waiter who sold us even told us that we should find a spot and sit. We waited on the bench on the street until a table was empty, and sat as soon as we found an empty one.

Then, a waiter comes up and says “who told you to sit here? Are you on the list?”

Huh? What list, no one told us anything about waiting? We would ‘t have ordered anything had there been a waiting time.

The waiter gave us 5 min (maximum 10 min, lol) to finish our coffee and food and leave. When I confronted him, he said “I did not know you are not aware of this system, that’s why we didn’t inform you”. I also told him I’m giving a bad review and he didn’t seem to care. We asked for the owner to speak to, and he did not get us in touch with him.

All in all, worst coffee place experience I had in Jeddah. Never...

I have coffee and breakfast here every single day , they have waiting lists for sitting inside which is okay during there peak hours , but usually in non peak hours people are allowed to sit wherever they want, today i orderd my food and drink at 10:30 waitied for it for 20 minutes standing up , then chose to sit down , after seeing that there where no RESERVED signs as they usually place at peak hours , after sitting down i saw two ladies enter and ask SALMAN , if there is a place inside , he replied , NO, then came over and told me to please get out of my seat , at first i was shocked , i replied why its not crowded , he said there is a waiting list , i was shocked to realize that he got me up and told the ladies that came 45 minutes after me to have a sit .
