i have purchased Bluetooth earpiece 5 months ago with two years warranty, two weeks ago the mic been faulted and i couldn't use it, as a standard procedure i have reached the customer service office at the same branch and they have started to fidgets and deal in unprofessional way as they dont want to take it back for maintenance nor replace it !!! i asked for the vendor details to approach him directly but they have failed found it from the system, after an escalation to the showroom manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional he directed one of the salesmen to take it after filling a silly form (they just filled couple of fields only) and he advised that they will call back after one day but they have never call, i asked for a number to call back he advised to take a salesman personal mobile number as he will be the main contact person... honestly speaking this is the worst service i could image to get from the customer service and will never ever purchase anything from them even if its cheaper than the market... So far i have lost my money (465 SAR) and wasted my time...

As a customer, I could not have known this in advance, and instead of support I was simply referred to the Terms and Conditions. This shows that the issue is well known, but not communicated during the purchase process. Now I am left with an expensive appliance that is not usable, and I have to find a private solution myself.
The hotline is advertised as English-speaking, but the delivery staff only spoke Arabic, which made everything even more difficult. I tried to call customer service twice, but after more than 10 minutes on hold I gave up.
This is absolutely not customer-friendly service. In other countries (e.g. UAE), the delivery teams always carry the necessary connectors and complete the installation.
With eXtra, unfortunately, service is advertised as excellent but in reality it is very poor. I cannot recommend this...
