Riyadh Inn Hotel - فندق الرياض إن — Hotel in Municipality of Al Shamal

Pros:

The staff and workers were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was of good size and came with the proper toiletries. they have a proper parking and the location is accessible to many attractions.They have an amazing open cafe with Bein Sports access to watch the games,,make sure to order their saffron cheese cake.They can accommodate you with their menu but we have never tried it and you can order from outside and they bring it to your room with a smile. The place is close to the airport. They are building a swimming pool and a gymnastics area as told to me by the receptionist.

Cons:

I have tried their breakfast and it was not that great, they should add some heating mechanism below the containers to keep the food warm, however the receptionist told me that they change the Manu on a daily basis so I would not rule their breakfast out.

The room lacked the scenery aspect where the windows open to a small hallway rather than the streets, but perhaps this is the room we stayed in and they have other options the meet this requirement, I am not sure.

The elevator is a bit slow but it is not...

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were not friendly at all, and every time we asked for something, they simply said they didn’t have it — not even basic items like an iron or hangers in the room. I was shocked to find that the “Deluxe Room” I booked for around 600 riyals had a connecting door to another room, which raised safety concerns. When I spoke to the receptionist, she just said, “Sorry, this is the only room available,” and was not willing to listen or help. I even had to contact Booking.com to request a room change or refund. After three hours of arguing, they finally gave me another room — even though half the hotel seemed empty! Very poor service for the price. I do not recommend this...

Reception are good talkers but they lie to much 1) you only got the chose of meals for breakfast and they bring it to the room 2) they were doing construction for 4 nights out of they 7 nights I stayed in after I complained over and over 3) you can hear the whole conversation that’s going on the rooms next to you no privacy at all.
