Glow Day Spa — Local services in Municipality of Al Shamal

I recently visited this spa for a Moroccan bath and multible services, and while Nora did an excellent job with the service itself, my overall experience was far from satisfactory due to a serious issue with locker room security!!!!!!

After my bath, I returned to my locker and was shocked to find my belongings had been tampered with. My wallet was hanging out of my purse, my shoes were moved, and even my coffee had been shifted. Concerned, I immediately informed the staff, including the manager!!!! Unfortunately, their response was disappointing!!!!!! They repeatedly insisted that "you’re the only one who had the key," implying that I was mistaken or not being truthful!!!! Seriously!!! I came to RELAX!!

Thankfully, nothing was missing, but the thought of my wallet—containing all my IDs and credit cards—being left vulnerable was incredibly distressing!! Imagine being at a spa, trying to relax, but instead worrying about canceling and lockeing your cards during a massage!

TO ANY LADDIES planning to visit this spa: please keep a close watch on your belongings and avoid leaving any valuables in the locker room!! The key system they provide is inadequate, in my opinion.

For me, this experience was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning...

I have tried multiple Moroccan bath services in other places in Riyadh and tbh I consider their service to be below average.

Their bath is priced unfairly for the provided service. The steam forms water drops at the ceiling that can fall into your face and disturbs the experience. The table itself is not heated, no options to chose the scents, only one scent available which is vanilla.

Shampoo and conditioner provided are the same ones used to in cheap neighborhood salons.

The place itself needs major maintenance.

The full body massage service was okay and again not the best.

I advise to choose another place for the same services and similar price point. At least you will get...

I stumbled upon this spa by accident so my expectations were kind of low. I requested the relax massage with Riza (i wanted to be on the safe side since its my first time with them) I was blown by the professionalism of Riza if i could give her 10 stars i would. I don’t remember the last time i saw a missus that loves her job and pours her heart into her work like this.
