McDonald’s — Restaurant in Municipality of Al Shamal

As usual

Service is a bit fast, and never recieved what I've ordered there is always something missing!! ... I was always wondering why it is fast, I found out that the content were prepared earlier and kept under the heat lights. !!!

I've never received my meal HOT as it supposed to be, you will never feel the fresh prepared beef taste, once you bite it you'll recognize that it was heated 100 times you are eating plastic latterly !! Thier meals became tasteless.

So everything is preset and once the client order they prepare it as it's just cooked 🤬

Shame on you McDonald's 😕 alot of people trusted you ..

And yeah one more thing they dont want to let you rate your last visit on thier application by scanning the QR code from the bill .. it's not scanning as it keep telling please try again later .. fix it damn it !! you must know your visitors feedback.

This will be my last visit to this brand and will never repeated ever as long as am...

Seriously..after several changes i gave and tried over a year ..this is the worst McDonald's branch in the kingdom.. unfortunately It wasn't like that at the beginning.. No gloves while serving or handling ghe food .. No balance between dine in or cars order Always missing items or not telling its availability Besides, the attitude of workers is not at all professional or even acceptable sometimes Really...

I made them make my burger twice, and so did with french fries (both were not hot enough and over cooked, didn't seem fresh). Felt bad about it and then was reading reviews.
