Absolutely terrible experience. Stay far away from this salon!
I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life here, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. I had booked a haircut with a specific stylist, only to show up and be told that person was unavailable. They offered a replacement, which I reluctantly accepted because it had already taken a lot of effort to arrange this appointment.
I’m a new mom, so it’s incredibly difficult for me to carve out time for self-care. I had no one to watch my newborn, had to schedule carefully, and even spent money on Ubers to get there because I don’t have a car. So imagine my frustration when the person they gave me (Lisa) instead turned out to be completely unqualified for a full haircut. I later found out she was new and not even one of the designated stylists for proper cuts. Unsurprisingly, she butchered my hair.
I called the salon to express how unhappy I was, and the receptionist assured me I could return for a fix-up appointment with Sev free of charge. I went back again (another Uber, another inconvenience), only for Sev to flat-out refuse to fix my haircut. First she claimed I’d have to pay more. When I explained that I had been told this would be free, she suddenly changed her reasoning and said my hair was “too short” and she didn’t want to cut it. I told her I didn’t care how short it had to go, as long as it looked even. She still refused.
So I asked for a refund, which I think is more than fair at this point. The receptionist said she would process it but needed the manager’s approval. I called the next day as instructed but she told me she’d call me back in 5 minutes and never did. I called several times afterward and was completely ignored.
A couple of weeks later, my husband called the salon to finally speak with the manager. Instead of helping, the manager gaslit us both contradicting everything the receptionist had told me and implying that it was somehow my fault for having a bad experience. No accountability, no empathy, and certainly no customer service.
This place is a disorganized, unprofessional mess. Their customer service is horrendous, they have no respect for your time, your money, or your dignity. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money here and definitely don’t trust them...

I booked gel extensions with nail art, and before she starts with my nails i told her that i just took off my last gel last week so my nails are a bit fragile be careful when you file it, then she was telling me angrily no no i have to file it i said okay but be careful since its thin already. After that she started having an attitude with me! I think i have the absolute right to tell her any concern. Later, when she was cleaning the nails it was hurting me so much! I told her more than 5 times ouch and no response from her!! after a while i told her “ wallahi you are hurting me!” Please keep in mind that this is not my first time getting gel extensions, i got them last month and i told the specialist the same comment and she was fine and easily said don’t worry dear. I was literally counting down the time and wanting her to finish quick! I was not comfortable, welcomed nor happy! The longest 3 hours, at one point i was about to tell her stop and i will leave because i was feeling stressed and unhappy! I have even asked her not to do the nail art! Lastly, the outcome was horrible, it was chipped from the sides and i have even showed it to the receptionist. I tried different services at this place, and honestly, they were mediocre. The prices were above average, and the overall service wasn’t something that would make me want to come back! except for Asia. Once she left the salon, I never returned.
I did a BIAB extension that caused me an allergy. I texted them, and they only offered to remove the set.. which I did. I asked for compensation since the set cost SAR 750, but guess what? No reply. In the end, no compensation was given.
Keep in mind that I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a year, visiting this salon over 15 times. Yet this was their response to me! The allergy happened because the materials they use are very poor in quality. I now do my BIAB nails at another place and have never experienced any...
