I have had such unpleasant visit today Mr Mahmoud store supervisor has been pathetic and I would like to have company mail id for complain upon visiting the outlet this person asked me you took our trolly last time you visited our store for shopping and never returned back how ever to my Surprise I asked to please show up video so we can understand it but only one photo stating I took the trolly out of store after purchase which I left in parking lot he says sorry I don’t have video or photo of that side . Is this the way the staff is trained being a supervisor he sound be responsible with his words and shouldn’t put such a blame on customer .

Let your team understand before questioning any one they should have proof rather then questioning any one that you took our trolly that too immediately entering the store.

January 2021 One item extra charged, twice visited for adjustment, even in the notice of store Incharge, everytime telling stories and excuses. Retain my invoice slip for verification, but no one call. Amazingly bad service. Be careful.
