I recently visited the Tamimi Markets on Al Thumamah Rd, and I was very disappointed. The store was messy and disorganized, with items strewn about and shelves that were not properly stocked. The produce section was particularly bad, with wilted vegetables and fruits that were not fresh. The employee black guy (SRI LANKAN or INDIAN) were also unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. I had several questions about products, but the employees were either too busy or too uninterested to answer them. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience at Tamimi Markets. Very nice store and I visit it often but I am confused about the customer service as most of the times they pack your stuff in bags but with the female cashiers it is up to their mood so it is pretty awkward and also funny experience anticipating if the female cashier mood is to pack it today or just ignore it. I pack my stuff when they ignore anyway with no fuss but I suggest either to pack always or not to pack at all so it is clear policy and same user experience in each visit not...

Be careful I got stuff on offer including meat and other things. On bar code they wrote price before offer and said “offer will be applied with cashier”. But when you go to cashier they don’t always put offer. So after paying i told them about it, only now they were going to apply an offer and return what i paid extra.
