Read moreI am writing to complain about a Lulu representative at the Lulu in Al Malaz, Riyadh who refused to allow me to enter a program that they said was only for Kerala people.
On Sept 29, 2023, I visited the Lulu Al Malaz store to inquire about a program with my family.
I approached a Lulu representative and asked about the program. The representative told me that the program was only for Kerala people. I was surprised and disappointed by this answer, as I am not from Kerala. I asked the representative why the program was restricted to Kerala people, and they said that it was a decision made by Lulu management and they call the security and misbehave with me.
I was very disappointed by the way that I was treated by the Lulu representative. I felt discriminated against and disrespected. I am a loyal Lulu customer, and I have always been happy with the service that I have received from Lulu representatives in the past. However, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and angry.
I am requesting that Lulu investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the representative who discriminated against me. I would also like to request that Lulu review its policies and procedures to ensure that all customers are treated fairly...
Read moreI purchased an IMPEX gas stove from Lulu last month and it had some issues with the burner on 5th April and I gave it for warranty repair to Lulu Malaz on 6th April. I visited 7th April to realize the status of the repair and came to know that the stove is still at Lulu Malaz. I also contacted the Impex service Centre to know if they have received it or not and they said not received as of 9th April. It would have been better if I had taken it directly to fix it with IMPEX service Centre but the Lulu staff informed me that this cannot be done as this is the warranty given by Lulu and not Impex(no knowledge on Saudi warranty procedures) .
I purchased from Lulu expecting a good service from such an international reputed company but the service I am receiving right now is bad as a product that is having defect from the 1st month of purchase and providing no replacement for the time being as the repair period said by Lulu is 10 to 15 days for the product which means we sit in the home without any cooking and all.
What I suggest is don't look for Lulu as an option to buy this kind of products since to get it repaired 10 to 15 days time period is not suitable...
