I accompanied my 2 friends for a massage here on Friday night. One of my friends' masseuses, Jennifer commented that my friend resembled her clients who was big sized like her. Though my kind friend didn't take offence to her comment. I thought it was a very unprofessional comment to make to a customer. I think the management needs to educate its staff on maintaining professional customer service and avoid making such unsavoury and unnecessary comments.
Secondly, Jennifer also displayed extreme misconduct when she told my other friend to 'not talk so much' when my friend asked her a question after an accident occured. This was completely a jaw-dropping experience! When we asked her to call her manager, Jennifer kept on shouting and blaming my friend even though my friend was trying to explain to the duty supervisor what happened. This was truly a horrible experience! My friend immediately emailed the Boss and left a review.
Another staff who served by other friend did a good massage and she kept whispering into our ears to look for her the next time we came. Honestly, I felt very uncomfortable with her pushy approach.
When we were about to leave, the duty supervisor whose name I don't recall, requested my friend to take down her review and offered her a discounted service on her next visit. My friend was open to taking down her review on condition that Jennifer apologised for her rude behavior. The duty supervisor apologised on Jennifer's behalf and explained that Jennifer has been a staff for about 10 years and "she's like that". Now this is completely unacceptable. First, a staff misbehaved and now, you're discounting her behavior? This is unfathomable. An Qi Spa, I had better opinions about you but this incident has totally been replaced by utter disappointment. We wanted to end our night with a relaxing massage but we left feeling very dejected and disgusted.
You need to do something with your staff's decorum. Otherwise, it's definitely not going to...
Read moreWOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!! Went for a massage 2 days ago, and the masseuse was literally putting me through so much pain, that I had bruises on my back hurting from it (picture attached). She also took pictures of my naked back without my consent and started telling me that I have something on it (never understood what as she did not speak English) It literally hurts for me to lift my arm or to sleep on my back, which never happens to me after the massage. I went to the massage parlour the next day and the therapist wasnât there at the moment, but the looked at my back and were shocked and discussed what to do for 40 minutes. After asking multiple times for the refund the employees started to pretend like they donât speak English (but they spoke it well when I just came in), and told me that the manager said I should go and come back in 3 days if it doesnât go away. I have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health as it is unacceptable to treat a client that way, the refund shouldâve been accepted as the massage literally caused me pain and struggle (bruises on my back are enough evidence of that), but the massage parlour did not even offer me a free service or even a partial refund but instead wasted my time and told me to leave. Unbelievable! Will never come back and will warn my friends...
Read moreThe Vietnamese masseus do not have skills. She massaged my husband's head and he felt painful afterwards. She also do not know how to adjust the water temperature while doing the head spa. My husband's head got burnt and he did tell her off during the treatment. She also have a bad body odour. Pls ensure your therapists are all hygienic. Noticed that the therapists did not wear mask too. So while laying down doing the head spa, their breath literally was on our faces which is super unhygienic. Pls do something abt this. China ladyboss, pls take pride on your spa centre. We will never come back and to all the tourists, good luck if you choose this. As a local, it's not advisable. Their towels are not washed properly too...
